David Charmatz is the current Senior VP, Product Planning and Development for Starz Entertainment, LLC. He is also the current chairman of the Denver Film Society, member of the Denver Foundations's Communications and Marketing Committee, and mentor in CTAM Rocky Mountain Cable Apprentice program.
Art Thomas
Art Thomas is Executive VP of Colours TV, a multicultural TV network here in Denver. Art brings a unique perspective to the film industry. He has produced projects in Japan, England and was featured in the 2004 August/September issue of Black Film Makers Magazine. He received a 'Telly Award' for his production support of 'Tiffany At Breakfast', a short film. In 2008, he received the Audience Choice Award for the production of the TV pilot entitled 'Bed of Dreams'.
David Emrich
David Emrich is the President and Senior Picture Editor at Postmodern Company. Since 1992, Postmodern has been a leader in post production for film, television, and web. Postmodern has worked with 100s of clients and won numerous awards including an Academy Award for Best Documentary show for A Story of Healing. David is also an expert on film made in Colorado.
Duke Hartman
Duke Hartman is COO of High Noon Entertainment. In this position he is responsible for overseeing all of High Noon's production operation from both strategic and day-to-day perspectives. An award winning single and multi-camera director, Hartman also lends his creative expertise to select feature projects for High Noon. Duke currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Film Commission and is on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Ballet.

Elisabeth Glass is the General Manager/Exec VP Programming of HDNet Movies. Prior to HDNet, she was President of Programworks, a program consulting company whose clients included BBC America, Liberty Media, Lifetime Movie Network, and Vulcan among others.

Patty Kingsbaker is an Owner/Partner at Radical Artists Agency. She has eleven years experience as an Agent in the Denver market. With an additional nine years experience as a Producer and Casting Director, Patty brings a unique perspective to the agency business.
Mark Darlow
Mark Darlow is product line manager for Digital Asset Management for Harris Broadcast Communications. Darlow has 20 years of experience working for broadcasters representing many different market segments, including ITV from the U.K. and MTV Europe. Since working for Harris, Mark has worked in the EMEA, APAC and NA regions in a variety of roles including sales, service and product line management. Prior to entering the broadcast industry, Mark was an officer in the British Army.
Ed Kramer
Ed Kramer is a VFX Supervisor and 3D Artist currently living in Denver, Colorado. He spent 12 years as Senior Technical Director at ILM and has 24 feature film credits, including STAR WARS Episodes I, II, and III, and OSCAR-winner Pirates of the Caribbean II.
Will Patton
Will Patton attended the North Carolina School of the Arts. He has won two OBIE awards for best actor for the off-Broadway plays, Sam Shepard's "Fool for Love" and the Public Theatre production of "What Did He See?".
Marcia Morgan

Marcia is a passionate advocate of Colorado film production, and has helped secure over $4M in new film production in a single year. She is experienced in film financing and production and has worked with industry, policy, and business leaders to orchestrate legislative campaigns.
Marcia’s work as an executive producer, as well as earning an MBA from the University of Southern California, including coursework within the School of Cinematic Arts, has given her a unique background to enable her to promote business development. She has served on the Board of the Colorado Ballet Auxiliary and is currently serving on the boards of the Four Corners Film Commission and the Gilpin County Film Festival.
Kevin Shand

During the past decade Kevin has helped facilitate hundreds of feature films, movies of the week, television commercials, still photography shoots, music videos and other productions.
Kevin began working in the film community as the Film Commissioner for the City of Modesto, California. He has been an active member of the Association of Film Commissioners International since 2003 and currently serves on the AFCI Board of Directors. He was one of the first six film commissioners internationally to earn the title of "Certified Film Commissioner".
