Report IT Problem

If you're having trouble with one of the CFS lab computers, please email Scott VanOrdstrand at scott.vanordstrand@ccaurora.edu.

It is imperative that the description of the problem be detailed so that the problem may be correctly diagnosed and corrected. Depending on the nature of the problem, the password to your account may need to be reset. The Colorado Film School is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or corrupted files on any computer at any time. It is the student's/instructor's responsibility to make sure they have backed up all of their files. The student/instructor will not receive information partaining to the nature of the problem or what was done to correct it. Please allow 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for any issues to be reviewed.
